Staff Costs

We are blessed to have an amazing set of human beings taking care of TLB. And our primary goal in opening up the house to friends and family is to make sure they are taken care of. The cost breakdown is below and is subject to change.

There are no taxes or fees. Gratuities are at your discretion

No cash changes hands at TLB. Once you return home we will send you an accounting of the staff, food, and transportation costs you incur.

* The Daily Staff cost covers the rate for your house manager, butler, chef, housekeeper, laundress, and groundskeeper and is inclusive of all fees. This does not include the cost of food, drink, transportation or spa/massage services. Please note that the daily fee is charged for every day you’re on the property (e.g., a Monday to Friday stay is 5 days).
